1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using BuddyCoffee, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

BuddyCoffee is a digital platform that allows users to purchase and send coffee vouchers to friends, family, and colleagues. Our service connects users with partner coffee shops across various locations.

3. Voucher Terms

• All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers can be redeemed at any of our partner establishments.
• All voucher sales are final — no refunds or cancellations are permitted.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
• Vouchers can be transferred to other users through our platform.
• Expired vouchers cannot be reactivated, extended, or refunded.

4. Payment and No Refunds Policy

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. All sales are final. Once payment is completed and a voucher is generated, no refunds or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including change of mind, accidental purchase, inability to use, or dissatisfaction with partner services.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Using the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts.
• Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
• Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
• Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating.
• Submitting false or misleading information.

7. Partner Establishments

We work with independent coffee shops and establishments. We are not responsible for the quality of products or services provided by our partners, but we will work to resolve any issues that arise.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BuddyCoffee, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
